摘 要
从2009年8月开始,红遍大洋彼岸的微型博客延伸至中国,引发了一场“围脖”热潮。微博就是微型博客,每次发布消息有字符数量限制。用户可以通过电脑、手机、即时聊天工具等多种途径随时随地向网站发布文字、图片和视频等内容,同时可以实时跟帖及转发某些用户发布的信息。特别在2012年两会当中,微博发挥了新型传播方式特有的魅力。
