ABSTRACT With the development ofthe human society，our requirement is more and more， the several times of the energy crisis awoke the lack of the energy and remind us to improve the efficiency ofthe energy usage. Forthe situation we search and explore 由e new clear energy and as 由e same time we think about how to use 出een町即rmore efficiency，so the screw expander power generation technology of surplus heat recovery become the focus while the su叩lus ofthe heat is innumerable in our life. 币lis article is about the experiment of the screw expander power generation technology ，our temperature of the heat is form 60.C to 70.C ，using the Organic Rankine Circle to pick up the su叩lus energy from the heat.Get along with the research of the experiment ，we improved the experiment equipment and the power of the generation is 仕om lkWω2kW and about 9kW at last.On the research we find out the key point of the factors which is affect the power of the generation and improved the efficiency. We contrast three different organic working f1uids on 伽e T.S chart to find the method of picking 伽e organic working fluids，and how to improve the experiment and how the thermodynamic factors work. On the process of the research we had a deep impress of the screw expander power generation technology ，then got the key point ofhow to pick out 由e organic working fluids and found the characteristic of the totaI.f1uid expansion.
