哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract Extensive damage of buildings caused by the frequent occurrence of the earthquake caused huge losses to human life and property. In order to reduce earthquake losses, the researchers made a lot of research obout the building seismic. The passive energy dissipation whith can be applied to both new buildings, but also can be applied to the reinforcement of existing buildings is simple to practical engineering, has been widely used. Shear panels damper is one kind of passive energy, proved its good performance on the level of lateral force with stablility hysteretic behavior, larger initial stiffness and better seismic performance by experimental studies of domestic and foreign scholars and practical engineering. Reference to the research finding of metallic yield dampers and steel plate shear wall, a new kind of steel plate shear wall whith made of low-yield steel plate with lower strength and better ductility, is presented in this paper. The methods of energy research are experimentation and the finite element in this paper. The specific studies are as follows: A lot of material performance test about low-yield steel had done, experimental results show that the low-yield steel has better plasticity properties than ordinary low-carbon steel, suitable for energy materials. The different damper constructed in different forms as the finite element calculation of operating conditions, the results show that the boundaries of core buckling occurs is 22.5-25 without he protective effect of flange plate and ribs; Flange plates and cross rib need synergy to completely restrict core-plane buckling when the ratio of width to thickness greater than 50. For welding shear panels damper, the design methods of flange plate size which the flange plate just to reach the maximum elastic limit stress when the damper to reach the limit load, allows us to get a reasonable size of flange plate.
