华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II 小;输电断面脆弱风险等于所有构成该输电断面的支路脆弱风险之和,以表征输电断 面脆弱性大小。 支路切除可能性标度值通过其底层评估指标值逐级加权求和得到。提出利用层次 分析法结合德尔菲法构建判断矩阵来计算各评估指标权重,对比分析了九标度法和三 标度法构建判断矩阵的优缺点,建议被比较指标数量在3个以内时,运用九标度法, 被比较指标数量超过3个时运用三标度法,并给出了相关算例。 论文最后对所述研究成果进行了总结,并对后续研究工作进行了展望。 关键词: 电力系统 脆弱性评估 结构脆弱性 电气介数 支路脆弱性 节点脆弱性 输电断面脆弱性 III III ABSTRACT In recent years, several large area blackouts occurred in succession worldwide, which encourages people to know that the traditional power system security analysis method based on the power system stability analysis is already not able to effectively ensure safe and stable operation of power system. With the development of the electric power system security risk analysis method, people began to take the concept of vulnerability into the power systems, to find out the weak point of power system and take corresponding preventive measures to improve the system operating state to prevent large area blackout accident, also to provide valuable reference data for the safe and stable operation of power grids and early warning. Therefore, researching how to accurately analyze the current vulnerability and the potential danger of the grid, and to further prevent cascading failures has important significance. Firstly,this paper summarizes the present situation and main problems of domestic and foreign electric power system vulnerability assessment, and then, combined power system structure vulnerability analysis with risk theory, researches in power system vulnerability assessment methods and assessment indicators. This paper studies power system structural vulnerability analysis methods based on complex network theory, comparative analyzes the three models of power network topology vulnerability analysis: un-weighted betweenness, weighted betweenness and electrical betweenness.
