As the region level of the three levels of recycling economy development, industrial zone plays an important role in the recycling economy development .The three levels is business, park area and regional level. At present, the supervisory control management of industrial zone of our country has some disadvantages, such as means of backward and outmoded organization operation model. Gridding management is a new careful and digital management pattern. In view of the traditional disadvantages of the industrial zone recycling economy, this article will research how to apply gridding management pattern to the supervisory control management. Besides, Caofeidian will be taken as the example of the case study. By analyzing the current situation of recycling economy for Caofeidian industrial zone, the article will point that grid control is feasible in benefit and technology. So the industrial zone of Caofeidian take the management model of grid monitoring for recycling economy. The article mainly study the following three aspects for grid control system of recycling economy by taking Caofeidian area as an example: based on the general principle of unit grid divided, the scope of supervisory control can be divided into geographic grid and business grid; in view of collecting data, establishing a general target system, indicator frequency statistics, expert consultation and combing with practical screening target, the monitoring system of recycling economy will be established about the enterprise level and industrial level of Caofeidian industria
