DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CIVIL SERVANTS’ STATISTICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT Since 2006, as an opportunity to the Civil Servant Law was promulgated, the Organization Department of CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security decided to carry out the civil servants statistics annually. Accurate statistical data, is the basis of deepen the reform of personnel system, construction of high-quality civil service, in exercising the structural condition of the civil service, researching to develop policies and regulations. How accurate and efficient to complete the annual statistical work for civil servants, and to provide real-time data accurately, is a new historical task, which is placed in front of all of the personnel departments. Over the years, in the civil servants’ information annual statistical work and daily work for filtering query the cadre and personnel information, there are have not provided valid information support tools, the personnel department works by traditional hand finishing methods to carry out the task statistics. Because of work intensity and heavy task, that produced many problems such as data losing, result error and redoing repeatedly. To change the personnel department relies on traditional one table, a book, a pen, a calculator that manual way to statistics, this paper describes the system implementation process of the Civil Servants’ Statistics Management System, using of modern information technology to achieve statistical information of computer processing.
