This paper studied the slope stability using the strength reduction method based on the high slope of Yinxianghe, proposed three treatment schemes, then selected the optimum one, finally optimized the parameters. The analysis is discussed mainly from the aspects of stability safety factor, displacement field, Latent sliding surface and Mises stress, the results can bring about some particular consulting significance to other treatments of high slope diseases. The main conclusion follows: The safety coefficient of the natural slope is 0.967, the slope is unstable, and there is obvious stresses concentrating at the foot of the slope. Three treatment schemes in slope cutting scheme, anchor lattice frame scheme and anti-slide pile scheme are proposed, the results shows that the anchor lattice frame scheme is the optimal one. Studied the slope stability affected by the position and width of the unloading plateau, obtained the preferred schemes. Discussed the slope stability with the parameters of anchor varies. The safety coefficient of the anchor lattice frame scheme increases logarithmically as the anchor length raises, and increases as the length of anchorage raises, presents cubic parabola laws as the anchor orientation rises. The maximum value of soil displacements significantly increases when the anchor length raises, the deformation ability of the slope improved significantly. Studied the slope stability affected by the height of the lattice beam. The results shows that, the height of vertical and horizontal lattice beam have a relatively small impact on the stability safety factor. Th
