Under the actions of Chinese Speed, the large quantities of landscape architecture projects are springing up in every quarter, thereinto many projects are required to complete quickly. Through the analysis of practical questions, this discourse suggests a task for study —— the strategy to construct the landscape architecture project quickly under Chinese Speed， meanwhile the importance to study this task is pointed out. Basing on the actuality, the discourse researches further the quickly constructing strategy adopted in the current landscape architecture industry and analyzes its general characteristic, i.e. these non-initiative response stances such as gambling and chess, tapping the latent power and imtativeness. On two sides including internal and external causes, the discourse takes apart subsequently the factors effecting the landscape architecture project construction for the existed problem in the landscape architecture industry, meanwhile it analyzes the impossibility to improve these factors.
