河北工业大学硕士论文 低碳生态住区规划研究 摘 要 随着全球气候的无常变化，低碳经济越来越受到世界各界人士的关注与研 究。随着全球变暖趋势的日益明显以及碳排放的高速增长，人们越发意识到问 题的紧迫性，节能减排、促进低碳经济发展成为减缓气候变化与实现可持续发 展的主要途径和必由之路，而低碳城市规划是城市可持续发展的必然选择；在 一个城市中，生活住区是城市中的基本构成单元，其用地的比重一般占到城市 建设的总用地的 40%-50%，故城市低碳生态住区是节能减排和发展低碳经济的 重要载体，将引领未来城市建设的新趋势。 低碳生态的居住模式作为一种理念，体现了住区的规划设计要遵循人与自 然和谐发展的思想。文章在梳理城市生态规划理论和国外建设零碳社区的实际 经验的基础上，对低碳的生活模式进行分析研究，提出住区应作为一种复合生 态系统进行规划设计，应从低碳的发展理念、相关技术规范和环境评价要求方 面引导住区节约集约发展、减少能源消耗、降低对生态环境影响的有效途径， 进而提出住区规划设计向低碳生态方向发展的策略。 关键词：低碳，生态住区，规划设计 ABSTACT With the vagaries of the global climate,the world pubic pay attention to the study of low-carbon economy-The main way to mitigate chlimate changing and acheve sustainable development is energy saving and promoting a low-carbon economy-The low-carbon city is the inevitable choice for sustainable development-In a city,residential is the basic unit,its general accout for the proportion of urban land for 40%-50%-Therefore, low-carbon eco-city residential building is very important for energy conservation and development of low-carbon economy-Low-carbon eco-living model as a concept,reflects the planning and design of residential areas to follow the harmonious development of man and nature-Based on the urban ecological planning theory and the actual experience of foreign zero-carbon community building,This paper makes analysis study of low-carbon living mode,and proposes that the residential should be made as a complex ecosystem planning and design,it is the guide for residential of the development of economical and intensive,reducing energy consumption and the impact on the eco-environment from the low-carbon development concept and relevant technical specification and environmental assessment requirements,it proposes the strategy that the residential planning design direct to a low-carbon and ecological trend- Keywords low-carbon eco-residentialarea planning design 第一章 绪论 随全球气候的无常变化，低碳经济越来越受到世界各界人士的关注与研究。全球变暖 趋势的日益明显、碳排放的高速增长，人们越发意识到了问题的紧迫性，节能减排、促进 低碳经济发展、建设低碳城市成为减缓气候变化与实现可持续发展的主要途径和必由之路， 而低
