II II Abstract Nowadays, as the climate anomalies and the disasters to human which come with the global warming have increasingly been highlighted, carbon emissions was more and more concerned. Besides using technological progress and the strategic planning of social development to control the carbon emissions that come from the social production, we also can put our attention on the micro level of the operations of enterprise or the cooperation of the enterprises to reduce carbon emissions of the society. This dissertation is focused on the operation rule of supply chain in various kinds of carbon emissions policies. In this paper, the cooperative low-carbon supply chain, the half-cooperative low-carbon supply chain and the independent low-carbon supply chain models in different carbon emissions policies are built, which each includes a manufacture and a supplier, and also the fact that these models are convex programming was proved, so they have the optimal solutions. After the numerical computing and analysis of cooperative low-carbon supply chain models in the carbon emissions cap policy, the fixed carbon rate policy, the step carbon rate policy, the carbon offsets policy and the carbon cap and trade policy, the performances and the operation rules of the low carbon supply chain in various carbon emissions polices was studied, and the way that carbon emissions policies influence the low carbon supply chain was revealed, as well as the impact of the strength changes of these policies to the cost and carbon emissions of the supply chain, the result of the study have reference value for the optimal operation of supply chain in various carbon emission policies.
