哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - - PAGE IV - The author carries out 3D numerical simulation by using the commercial software NUMECA. The flow structure and load performance of the rotor and the performance of the off-design conditions are researched. The simulation result shows that the designed rotor has high isentropic efficiency and good flow field structure. The result of off-design conditions indicates that the rotor has wide steady working range, which can satisfy the design requirements. At the end of the thesis, the author study the numerical simulation result under different geometric parameters, analyze the difference on the aerodynamic performance and the flow field structure under different geometric parameters, such as cascade solidity, radial clearance, et al. then a selective rule of the parameters is generalized. The result indicates that there is a good selective range in the cascade solidity. In the range the flow field structure perform better and the loss less. The result also indicates that when radial clearance exists in stator blade, the flow filed structure is improved clearly, and the spiral point in the angular region is fade, at the same time the back flow in the angular region is weakened. However, should note that the smaller of the radial clearance, the less of the loss.
