Closed-loop supply chain with the advantages of lower resource consumption and less environment pollution has caught the attention of scholars in business circles and government departments. During the management of closed-loop supply chain, it is important and complex to choose an appropriate recycling channel which plays a decisive role in the performance of the system. The efficiency of waste products recycling channel is an important factor for measuring advantages of the channel. Therefore, establishing efficiency model of waste products recycling channel is of great significance for saving resources, reducing environment pollution and speeding up enterprise development. To solve optimization problems concerning closed-loop supply chain with different recycling modes, the paper establishes Stackelberg as model framework which gives priority to manufacturers but chooses distributors as assistants, moreover, discusses how to choose waste products recycling channel from the point of view of channel efficiency. First of all, poor efficiency of recycling channel prevents many enterprises which are implementing closed-loop supply chain from getting sufficient waste products and achieving scale effect, so that those enterprises are in the red. Meanwhile, manufacturers and distributors in the closed-loop supply chain pursue their own profit maximization which leads to double marginalization effect and the loss of profit. Thus, it is of important theoretical and practical significance to research waste products recycling channel and its efficiency. Then the paper constructs efficiency model of waste products recycling channel with the manufacturers as leaders.
