重庆大学 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT As the framework of electric motorcycle, the frame is the main core component. It holds and supports the motor and transmission system, suspension system, operation system and other related components. Besides, it sustains the impact load and vibration from the road during driving. The quality of the structural strength, stiffness and inherent characteristics of the frame decides the lifetime and comfort, which are the most important index of frame design. Thus, doing research on the frame stiffness analysis and optimization provides important practical guid and significant engineering value to the study of battery-operated motorcycle model, and to improve the stability and comfort. It contributes to the realization of lightening the motorcycle weight as well. In this article, the combination of finite element analysis and strain testing experiment is used to analyze and optimize the frame. The best size is obtained under the design requirement. The following works and achievements have been accomplished: ① Taking a certain type of electric motorcycle frame as an example, using Pro/E software to build the frame 3-D geometry model; based on the HyperMesh platform , analyze the characteristics of frame structure in detail, select the appropriate element type, constraint condition and loading mode, establish the finite element model of electric motorcycle frame. ② Based on the finite element model Modal analysis of the frame is analyzed, which obtained the natural frequencies of frame and natural modes by Block Lanczos method; then analyze the road excitation of electric motorcycle, the results shows that the levels of road irregularity excitation will not cause frame resonance. ③ Stess distribution and the acceleration vibration of key parts are obtained and the weak links and the surplus stiffness parts are identified in the frame structure through the static and dynamic analysis under the working condition, which based on the theo
