The data transmission requirements of the system is not a smooth process, which has intermittent and randomness. And the network connection needs to adapt to different network environments (Wired access network, Radio base station and Satellite link). The system needs to maintain a long connection. For the systems special needs of data transmission and network connection, this thesis achieve a simple, fast, reliable, credible transmission module. The reliable communication that achieve in this thesis mainly study the following functions. Achieve data transceiver module, which provide additional assurance of reliable transmission above the transport layer, and ensure reliable data transmission. Even if there is an error, it should be able to react to the user the exact type of error and the cause of the error timely. Monitor network status with heartbeat mechanism, so we can always know whether the network is connected. Base on the P2P mechanisms achieve the HTTP Strategy. The network condition changes soon, and there are a variety of destabilizing factors and unpredictable impact affect the quality of the network transmission. With the HTTP strategy of P2P, not only we can greatly improve network utilization, but also we could save the users time. Achieve file integrity check and user authentication function. According to the transmission rate of the last N packets, uses multiple threads to adjust the data transmission rate, and ultimately achieve the purpose of the network flow control. Before and after the file transfer, need to complete two additional work -- user authentication and file integrity check, which can increase
