英文摘 英文摘要 广州医 广州医科大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 3 PAGE PAGE 4 The Situation Analysis and Satisfaction Survey of Non-permanent Staff in State-owned Hospitals Major:Epidemiology and Health statistics Candidate:Zhu Yanni Surpervisor: Wang Xinwang Professor Abstract OBJECTIVE: Through the survey of non- permanent staff’s job satisfaction in State-owned hospitals, the thesis explores the hospital management situation of non- permanent staff and some existing prominent problems, proposing several appropriate measures and initiatives. METHOD: This study collects the basic situation of non-permanent staff in Hospital M from 2009 to 2012 the four-year period, and analyzes the relationship between the information of non-permanent staff, such as professional qualifications, working experience, job title, working hours, and the hospital separations in the existing system. Job satisfaction questionnaires are sent to the 160 non-permanent staff that are stratified sampled from Hospital M. The content of the questionnaire is divided into two sections: the general personal characteristics and overall working satisfaction, dealing with more than ten aspects of survey items, such as overall evaluation of working satisfaction, working environment, department management, colleagues relations, wages, bonuses, benefits, distribution principle, ability to apply, learning and training. The self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted. Satisfaction evaluation questionnaire endowing a LiLiang Scale 5 points measurements from 1 to 5 points score, the lowest satisfaction of 1 point and a maximum of 5 points. The data of questionnaire are double inputted and corrected in Excel2003, using STATA10.0 software to statistical process and analyze. For general personal characteristics, some statistical interpretation is used in the data processing, such as constituent ratio, average, standard deviation.
