II II Synthesis Theory and Software Development of Floating Pushrod-Cam Combined Mechanism Abstact Floating roller pushrod and floating flat-faced pushrod-cam combined mechanism, which are the two expanded types of the floating pushrod-cam combined mechanism of Heidelberg hight printing mechanism imported from Germany, are researched in this thesis. The class Ⅰ, classⅡ synthesis and the cam profile of the two types mechanism are presented. Then, a common synthesis theory is put forward, which is also applicable to parallel and hybrid cam-linkage mechanisms. So, the synthesis theory of the mechanism has important theory value and practical significance. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows: The class I size synthesis of the floating roller pushrod-cam combined mechanism is presented. The allowable region of cam axis and the selection range of cam base circle are determined, by adopting the concept of virtual pendulum and analogous velocity, by the method of the discretization and parallel line family. The class Ⅱ size synthesis of the floating roller pushrod-cam combined mechanism is provided. The allowable region of roller and the selection range of cam base circle are determined, by the method of the discretization and establishing floating coordinate system. The convex criterion of cam profile of floating flat faced pushrod-cam combined mechanism is obtained. The class Ⅱ size synthesis of the floating flat faced pushrod-cam combined mechanism is presented. The allowable region and length of flat faced pushrod, and the selection range of cam base circle are determined under the condition of allowable pressure angle and the profile of cam is convex. The cam profile design of floating pushrod-cam mechanism is solved by the methods of inversion, support function and definite proportion separated point.
