Compared with the classical way of load simulation, electric load simulation need to add additional hardware structure, as long as change the parameters of the control algorithm can realize all kinds of linear and nonlinear load simulation. This topic is based on the control and system stability comprehensive consideration, to explore the related characteristics of load simulation as the main purpose, combined with laboratory internal demand, start with energy feedback simulation system of brushless dc motor as the load is studied. And on this basis, based on brushless dc motor are studied the dynamic mechanical load simulation system of the overall implementation plan, and strive to achieve the goal of system energy bi-directional flow. A detailed analysis of brushless dc motor control method, their advantages and disadvantages and application scope, at the same time, on the basis of analyzing the working principle of the brushless dc motor, establish its mathematical model, and with the aid of Matlab/Simulink toolbox, establish the torque control system of brushless dc motor simulation model to study the dynamic mechanical static torque characteristics of the load simulation system, with the function of energy feedback dynamic mechanical load simulation system of dynamic characteristics. And the establishment of a load simulator experiment platform, completed the dynamic mechanical load simulation of the system hardware and software design, production and test, for subsequent load simulator research laid the theoretical basis of science.
