哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 -II- -II- Abstract To meet the requirement of harsh environment, solid lubricated ceramic ball bearings are widely applied in the fields of aerospace and industrial owing to their supe rior ity of friction properties. The solid lubr ication ceramic bearings, which are continually lubr icated by cage, are always in the excellent lubr ication condition. Based on the oil- free lubrication rolling bearings which are used in an electrical servo system of an aerospace research institute, solid lubrication angular contact ceramic bearings are designed in this dissertation. To simulate working conditions, the test equipment is designed and the experiments are made. The fault tree of the bearing failure modes is established, and the failure causes are analyzed. Based on the requirement of the electrical servo system to the bearings, the solid lubrication angular contact ceramic bearing is designed. The 9Cr18 is chosen as the material of bearing enclose. The complex material, PTFE as the substrate and polybenzoate and aramid fiber as the addition, is utilized as the cage material. The guide clearance, which is the primal design parameter of the solid lubrication, is designed. In the vacuum envi ronment, the friction coefficient is very low and steady when the cage material is matching with 9Cr18 and ceramic. And this experiment replace the bearing testing in the vacuum environment. Based on the working conditions of the electrical servo system, the experimental bench in the low and normal temperature is designed. And the working condition simulation testing is made by the experimental bench. The friction moment of the tested bearing is tested by the BRG-3000. The change of the friction moment is analyzed. The failure modes of the solid lubrication bearing are analyzed. The reliability mod el of the solid lubrication bearing system is established.
