电力系统继电保护装置可靠性试验设备的软件系统设计及通信研究 电力系统继电保护装置可靠性试验设备的软件系统设计及通信研究 THE SOFTWARE SYSTEM DESIGN AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM RESEARCH ON RELIABILITY TESTER OF PROTECTION DEVICE IN POWER SYSTEM ABSTRACT Along with the development of the power line to high voltage, long distance and large capacity, the failure of protection device in power system can lead to a great loss in electrical system and other industries. So, it is very important to improve the reliability of the protection device in power system. The reliability tester of protection device in power system is an important tool to test the reliability of protection device in power system. After study on work performance, reliability index system and test method about protection device in power system, according to the hardware structure of the reliability tester of protection device in power system, this paper designed the software system of the reliability tester. The functions such as the choice of samples and parameter setting, the control of voltage regulator, the acquisition of test voltage or current value, the save of test results, the check of test results can be realized. The reliability test can be automatically finished. With the rapid development of the computer network and technology and the extensive application of the network communication technology, research on communication equipment and appliances is more and more concerned. Therefore, communication system research on the reliability tester of protection device in power system is necessary. By use of the WinSock network programming interface, this paper adopted the client/server model to design the communication system of the reliability tester of protection device in power system. The communication system can remotely control the reliability tests and manage more testers in the same time. The efficiency of the test is improved.
