It breaks the information-asymmetry between banks and enterprises in the traditional market, makes it more equitable and reasonable in the competition among supply chains, even develops channels for the banking business service. It forms a status that the supplier, the physical distributor, the purchaser and the financial organ altogether win. This article synthetically use such theories as Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Financial Innovation, etc., to elaborate the goal, the method and the significance of the commercial banking service under the environment of supply chain. Firstly, in the exordium, the paper summarizes the motive of this topic choice, the actuality and the development of its study. And then, from the introduction of the management of the financial flows in the supply chain, the paper concludes the necessity of the commercial banking service to it. It proves from the theory to the practice that if commercial banks participate in the supply chain management, there will form a new steady structure which can accelerate the supply chain running and prevent the financial flows from being broken. Secondly, in the main part of this paper, it discusses in detail about each kind of service that commercial banks can provide to the supply chain, as well as how to use them to improve the financial flows in the supply chain. It emphasizes Logistics Finance, which is a new research domain, from its function theoretically to its feasibility in some actual utilities.
