万方数据 万方数据 摘要 摘 要 随着我国经济的不断发展，城市化进程日益加速，城市人口不断增加，这 使得日渐趋于饱和的地面交通拥堵问题更加严重。为了缓解城市交通的拥挤问 题，大众纷纷把目光投向了城市轨道交通的建设。地铁轨道交通不占用地面空 间，具有准时、安全、运量大、效率高及环境污染小等优点。除此之外，已建 地铁城市的实践证明，轨道交通线的建设会给城市经济的发展提供新的增长点， 而地铁沿线往往也成为一个城市经济发展的黄金线。伴随着南昌轨道交通建设 的开通，本文以南昌地铁+社区模式为立足点，研究该模式对南昌经济发展的促 进作用。 本文首先阐述了地铁促进城市经济发展的相关理论，总结了国内外学者对 地铁开发模式的理论研究和相关经验。其次，针对本文的研究对象地铁+社区模 式，从其内涵、发展的可行性和意义几个方面进行了全面的阐述。再次，本文 以南昌地铁为落脚点，从沿线土地利用、站点商圈、社区文化、空间格局、信 息媒介等方面来阐述南昌地铁模式推动经济发展的途径。紧接着，利用系统动 力学方法从人流、资金流和技术流三个方向来研究地铁+社区模式促进城市经济 发展的机理。最后，本文从优化土地收储机制和多元化开发方式这两个方向来 给出实现南昌地铁+社区模式的建议。 关键词：轨道交通；地铁模式；系统动力学 II Abst Abstract ABSTRACT With the continuous development of our economy, urbanization process accelerates, resulted in the increase of urban population. This makes the traffic congestion problem more serious. In order to alleviate the urban traffic congestion, the public begin to put the focus on urban subway for the subway does not take up floor space and for its punctuality, safety, large capacity, high efficiency, low environmental pollution, etc. The existing practices of metro cities have proved that the construction of subway will provide new growth points for urban economy and the metro line tends to be the gold line of a city. With the opening of Nanchang subway construction, this paper will put Nanchang subway plus community mode as foothold to study how the mode boosts the economic development of Nanchang. Firstly, this paper expounds the related theory on subway promoting the development of urban economy and summarizes the theory and experience about subway development mode. Secondly, the subway plus community mode is comprehensively presented in terms of its connotation, the feasibility and significance. Besides, taking Nanchang subway as the foothold, this paper analyses how the subway plus community mode boosts the economic development in the perspective of the land use, site along the business circle, community culture, spatial pattern, information media and so on.
