Methods: with the randomized controlled method,to divide 80 patients accordance with the inclusive criteria into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases).The treatment group were given by oral administration of Dangfeiliganning Capsule. The control group patients were given by oral administration of analog agent of Dangfeiliganning Capsule.3 months made one cause of treatment for the two groups,and in this time,asking patients with temperance and greasy food and proper diet.To observe the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect,TCM symptom effect,the liver/spleen CT value,the ALT,AST,TC and TG value.The whole data(including ITT data and PP data )were analyzed by t test,χ2 test,Ridit analysis and Spearman correlation analysis with SPSS13.0. Results: 75 cases completed the trial,the treatment group was 38 cases,the control group was 37 cases and 5 cases fell off.⑴ The clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect:The total effective rates were 84.21%,compared with the control group difference was significant (P 0.01).⑵The TCM Symptom effect:The total effective rates of the Syndromes of TCM treatment group were 89.47%,compared with the control group difference was significant (P 0.01).⑶ liver/spleen CT value:After treatment,the liver/spleen CT ratio of the treatment group was significantly higher than before treatment, and it was significantly higher than the ratio of the control group that a
