粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的配合比优化设计研究 粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的配合比优化设计研究 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION MIX DESIGN OF FLY ASH FOAMED CONCRETE ABSTRACT Fly ash is one of the largest solid wastes in our country, and a large amount of fly ash was piled up which not only take up a lot of farmland, but also cause a lot of environmental problems and destroy ecological balance.Because of that, increaseing reasearch and development of comprehensive utilization of fly ash seems increasingly important. Recently, as the implementation of the wall reform, using fly ash to develop new building materials is becoming an important content of sustainable development strategy. And foamed concrete is a noticeable one because of its outstanding merits such as light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation and good resisting earthquake. Using fly ash to develop foamed concrete can not only change fly ash into resources, but also provide a new kind of building materials for the innovation of wall materials, which has good economy and society benefits. In this paper, the test was carried out with fly ash preparing foamed concrete, and the influence of fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, foam agent, w/c ratio and additional agent on foamed concrete performance were studied by experiment, the optimum mixture ratio of fly ash foamed concrete which density varies from 860kg/m3 to 950kg/m3 was obtained through orthogonal test, high performance foamed concrete fitting the demand of our national standard for light weight wall material with low lost was prepared for the first time. By range and variance analysis method to analyze, obtained that the mixing amount of foam agent and fly ash has a significant effect on foamed concrete, and the duality linear regression equations were establish which take the mixing amount of foam agent and fly ash as independent variable, and discover that the equations were quite ideal through the correlation coefficient, then regression equations were confirmed by SPSS software furthe
