Methods: The Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in March 2010 - October 2011 childrens femoral shaft fractures 37 cases of hospitalized cases, according to the different treatment is divided into two groups: the titanic elastic nailing in the treatment group (A): 19 cases, including 13 males and 6 females, aged 4--12 years, the average age of 6 years old; the steel plate in the treatment group (B): 18 cases, including 12 males and 6 females, aged 5--11 years old, the average age 6 years old.Follow-up assessment of the patient hospital stay, operative time, surgical incision, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative wound drainage, full weight bearing time, time of fracture healing have difference; and two surgical treatments for common concurrent disease and efficacy compared and analyzed.
