Informat io n syste m is an a uxiliar y ma nage ment too ls comb ined with bus iness; it has become a crucia l matter that t he assurance of the operation as well as the way to improve it. The art ic le is to ana lyze t he operation o f informat io n syste m for e lectr ic power industr y bus iness, based on theoretical research and evaluat ion index s yste m of other ind ustr ies both at home and abroad, to design a set of evaluat io n index syste m, thereby to seize the foc us, guide the comme nce ment, standardize the procedure and improve the assurance of operation. O n the other hand, through the evaluat ion of the status and business needs, design a set of informat io n tool that can serve as an index syste m of operation and a program of evaluat ion; t hereby to improve work effic ie ncy, shorte n the period of assess me nt, and to trans fer the var ious t ypes of production data into ma nage me nt data for the manage ment objectives and require me nts. U lt imate ly, impro ve the operatio n qua lit y contro l ab ilit y, support the index evaluation system, and promote the running of infor mation system work.
