万方数据 万方数据 Study on Distinguished Protection of Public Figure’s Personality Right ABSTRACT With the rapid development of mass media and the diversification of social value orientation,the concept,public figures gradually appeared in the people of the visual field,and caused many new legal problems,Although this concept appear very late in our country,but in recent years.Personality protection cases seemed to be more and more common in recent years.The protection of public figures’personality rights peremptory has become a concern and urgent legal issues.In such a realistic background,there is strong practical significance making study on distinguished protection of public figures’ personality right in theory and legislation,and it can provide theoretical basis for the personality rights disputes. Based on above understanding,this article rethinks profoundly the protection theory of personality rights,combines with the need of constructing the system of distinguished protection of public figures’ personality right, and refers to the foreign law,discusses the foundation of the distinguished protection of public figure’s personality right, the related theory and the pros and cons of the existing system,then put forward the idea of building the system of distinguished protection of public figures’personality right. In addition to the abstract,this paper analyses and discusses distinguished protection of public figures’personality right from four aspects: Part Ⅰ:Introduction.This part mainly introduces the significance of the research,the current research at home and abroad,the research methods, the mentality to supporting this idea and the structure of the paper.
