重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT Some of the highlights in progress of the research of fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy in recent years were received. It could become a rapid ,precise and quantitative method of diagnosing and therapy tumor depend on the characteristic of discovering tumoring in molecule level. Usually there were two sampling-preparation methods : press method and strip method. We could receive non-interference near-infrared spectrum by directly detecting. But its hard to establish a interaction with tumor section because of the sophisticated operations. In present paper NIR was used to examine gynecologic neoplasm dyed with HE. First the differentiation between normal and tumor section 1.The IR absorb of phosphodiester When DNA in tumor cell copied ,the absorption enhanced significantly, the peak of vibration shifted from 1079cm-1 to 1083cm-1. And when nucleic acid hydrogen-banding become less, the peak was enhanced with position shifted from 1240cm-1 to 1243cm-1 which indicated that the degree of hydrogen band form by oxygen atom of the phosphodiester groups of nucleic acids was increased. The IR absorb of glycogen Proportion between normal and tumor went down. Glogcogen in tumor is less in proportion to nucleic acid . The IR absorb of c-o group in proteide Most of the hydrogen-band in tumor was destroyed withυC-O(H) band shifted from 1164cm-1 to 1175cm-1. The IR absorb of CH group Proportion between CH3 group and CH2 group went down. It probably was related with methylene chain changing. Secondly examine and confirm normal and tumor section .
