随着经济的发展和市场的开放，为企业的发展带来了更大的机遇，但是， 耍加速发展，却对资金提出了更大的需求。本文通过对中国互联网行业境内外 上市的原因、上市地点、采用的方式以及产生的绩效变动等进行研究，总结归 纳出其存在的特点。首先针对海外上市进行了分析，探讨了其主要的原因，从 将这些原因进行整理分析，得到海外上市有的是来自于内部的原因，也有部分 企业则是由于外部原因而在海外上市，这部分的原因主要是，海外上市相对国 内较为简单，门槛较低，另外，为了追求高度发达的资本市场，也是选择海外 上市的主要外部原因。经过对上市方式与上市地点的研宄与分析后，并对上市 对企业的绩效带来的改变进行研究，分析对比境内外上市对企业绩效带来的不 同影响。 关键词互联网行业境内外上市缋效差异 Abstract With the development of the economy and the opening of the market，the development of enterprises has brought greater opportunities，but to accelerate the development，but put forward a greater demand for funds.
