Superpave技术在高速公路沥青路面养护中的应用研究 Research of Superpave Technology in Maintenance of Express Highway Asphalt Pavement 作 者 姓 名 学 位 类 型 学科、专 业 研 究 方 向 导师 及职称 Superpave技术在高速公路沥青路面养护中的应用研究 摘要 针对近年来我国很多先期建成通车的高速公路沥青路面出现的严重早期病害，如车辙、泛油、开裂、坑槽等。需要研究新型沥青路面技术在已运营高速公路上的养护应用，改善路容路貌，减少路面病害的发生，降低养护成本。 本文对沥青混凝土路面Superpave技术的国内外研究形势，技术理论体系进行了深入研究。结合合徐南高速公路沥青路面养护工程Sup19中面层的应用实践，从Superpave原材料的选择、沥青混合料的设计、施工及质量控制等诸多方面进行研究，特别是针对养护工程规模相对较小，现场作业面狭窄等特点，研究各关键工序的控制以及不同的路面碾压组合等对工程质量的影响，在施工工艺、质量控制等方面提出了自己见解和看法，对养护工程施工有着一定的指导作用。 最终，本文认为Superpave路面基本达到了嵌挤、密实、不渗水、耐久、高温稳定性好，施工工艺合理，能够适用于高速公路沥青路面面层铣刨摊铺养护工程。 关键词：养护工程 Superpave 材料选择 设计 施工 Research of Superpave Technology in Maintenance of Express Highway Asphalt Pavement Abstract In recent years，the express highway asphalt pavement which was built in the previous years has shown such early damages as rutting，bleeding，cracking and，therefore，the application of new technology of asphalt pavement on the in-using express highways becomes a necessity.Besides the maintenance of the ways，it can also perfect the conditions and appearances of the roads，lessen the occurrence of the damage to the road as well as decrease the cost of maintenance. The thesis makes a thorough analysis on current domestic and outbound research of the technology and application of asphalt pavement，and the technological theoretical systems.Together with the practical use of asphalt pavement on HeXu Express Highway (the Southern Section(Hefei toBengbu) of the Express Highway from Hefei to Xuzhou)，from the selection of the raw materials，the design of asphalt mixtures to construction and quality management，the thesis gives detailed researeh.
