Methods From June 2015 to June 2016， 72 patients for one time instant root canal filling for mandibular first molar in our hospital were randomly divided into R group and M group, 36 cases in each group. R group and M group were treated by Reciproc and Mtwo root canal preparation system, the root canal preparation time, complications (such as perforations， ledge and broken instruments), correct fill-in rate, endodontic interappointment pain and total efficacy were comparatively analyzed. Results The root canal preparation time in R group and M group was (120. 23±38. 67) s and (72. 82土 36.22 ) s，the EIAP rate and VAS score in R group were significantly lower than those in M group (P0. 05) .
