摘要 设计一台满足设计要求的离心泵，通过分析，确定总体参数、配套功率和各部分的尺寸。离心泵的水力性能主要取决于离心泵的水力设计，它包括叶轮设计、压出室和吸入室的设计。目前离心泵水力设计方法有两种：模型换算法和速度系数法。速度系数法是根据经验统计获得速度系数经验值来计算设计模型的各参数，也具有一定可靠性，而且不受水力模型限制，本设计采用速度系数法进行水力设计。使之达到理想的效果，具有良好的性能。 本文主要内容如下: a) 离心泵采用单级单吸结构。 b) 在结构上，离心泵融入了目前国内外比较先进的几种泵型的优点，具有结构简单、拆装方便、重量轻、占用空间小等特点。 c) 采用加长联轴节及后开式泵体结构形式，可使泵在不拆卸电机和管路系统的情况下取出转子进行检修。 d) 将泵体和吸入室分开，既使得铸造简单易于加工，并且使得进出口管路在一定角度范围内可以转动，方便管路的布置。 e) 联轴器采用渐开线花键联接形式，使得拆装更加方便 。 关键词：离心泵 叶轮 速度系数法 Abstract To design a centrifugal pump which should be satisfied the designed requirement, through analysis, confirming total parameter, completed set power and each part’s size. The waterpower capability of centrifugal pump is mainly lied on its waterpower design, which includes impeller design, extruded room and inhaled room design .At present the waterpower design of centrifugal pump has two type methods: model conversion method and speed coefficient method. Speed coefficient method is according to experience statistic to obtain the experience value for speed coefficient to calculate each parameter of the design model, which has stated reliability, and can’t be restricted by the waterpower model. The design adopts speed coefficient method to process waterpower design, so let it reach the ideal effect and have the well capability. The main content of the article is as follows: a) Centrifugal pump adopts erect model. single class and single absorbing structure. b) In the structure, centrifugal pump enters merits for several type pump model which are relatively advanced at home and abroad. It has the trait, such as structure supplely, dismantle and install conveniently, weight lightly, possess space small, etc. c) Adopting lengthen united cardio and back open model bump structure form, which can be based on the situation for not disassembling electricity and pipeline system to take out to process examination and repair. d) Let bump and inhaled room separate, which make the found more easily to process, even inlet and outlet pipeline
