腹腔镜子宫动脉阻断联合肌瘤剔除治疗多发子宫肌瘤的的疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.40 　　摘 要 目的：探讨子宫动脉阻断在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的有效性和安全性。方法：2010年2月-2012年3月收治多发子宫肌瘤患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在剔除子宫肌瘤前先行子宫动脉阻断，对照组子宫肌层注射垂体后叶素6U后行子宫肌瘤剔除。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间、术后病率、子宫肌瘤复发和月经改善情况。结果：两组患者手术均获成功，观察组手术时间（65.30±18.05）分钟，显著少于对照组（78.56±20.47）分钟；观察组术中出血量（73.26±21.70）ml，显著少于对照组（96.25±26.31）ml。观察组术后肌瘤复发率（2.5%）低于对照组（28.9%），观察组月经改善率（95.6%）高于对照组（84.3%）。结论：对于腹腔镜下多发性子宫肌瘤剔除术，子宫动脉阻断联合子宫肌瘤剔除术明显减少了术中出血量，降低术后肌瘤复发率。 　　关键词 腹腔镜 子宫动脉阻断 子宫肌瘤 子宫肌瘤剔除 　　Curative effect observation of laparoscopic uterine artery blockage combined with myomectomy in the treatment of multiple uterine fibroids 　　Fang Hongsang 　　Armed Police 8710 Army Hospital（Putian City，Fujian） 351133 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic uterine artery blockage combined with myomectomy in the treatment of multiple uterine fibroids.Methods：78 cases with multiple uterine myoma were selected from February 2010 to March 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with uterine artery occlusion before uterine fibroids removed，while the control group were treated with uterine myomectomy after the muscular layer of uterine injection of pituitrin 6U.We compared the operation time，bleeding volume，postoperative exhaust time，hospitalization time，postoperative morbidity，hysteromyoma recurrence and the improvement of situation of menstruation of the two groups.Results：Two groups were all successful.In the observation group，operation time was 65.30±18.05 minutes.In the control group，operation time was 78.56±20.47 minutes.The observation group was significantly less than that of the control group.In the observation group，the amount of bleeding was 73.26±21.70ml.In the control group，the amount of bleeding was 96.25±26.31ml.The observation group was significantly less than that of the control group.The patients hysteromyoma recurrence rate of the observation group was
