First, the requirements and the characteristics of the integrated machine was analyzed; then the servo control system was used to precise control the position and velocity of this machine , finally the automated production is realized. In this article the actual needs ,the principle and structure of servo control system was connected to analysis, then the control system hardware structure and software process are designed. The main researching work includes the following content: In the aspect of hardware: the PLC of Mitsubishi Q02 series was chose as a core processor system. The PLC have the advantages of shorter instruction cycle, larger storage capacity, especially maintain and debug more easier. QD75 positioning module is selected， this module can realize multi-axis control and fast response. In the same time Yaskawa servo motor and servo amplifier were chose as an executive module，to achieve the goal of speeding tracking. Using 20 encoder as a closed loop feedback of test components，to achieve high precision measurement. At the same time system was designed touch screen to achieve the man-machine interface， improved the intelligence of the whole system. In the aspect of software, the idea of modularization was adopted to design each part of the control system.
