Abstract [Abstract] Although China has developed in-bound tourism for years and accomplished great achievements, some English translations of scenic-spot introductions are still beyond satisfaction: even though the translations suffer no apparent grammatical mistakes, it is hard or even impossible for foreign tourists to understand. Because the foreign tourists mainly depend on the English scenic spot introductions to know relevant information, proper English scenic spot introductions are not only of great help to tourists, but also to the further development of Chinas tourism.
