氦氖激光应用于天疱疮大疱性类天疱疮临床研究 　　河南省新乡市中心医院，河南新乡 453000 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨氦氖激光局部照射治疗天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮的临床效果。 方法 选择2003年1月～2012年5月来新乡市中心医院皮肤科就诊的天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮患者69例，根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组38例、对照组31例，两组均给予正规的系统皮质类固醇治疗，治疗组加用氦氖激光局部照射患者皮肤黏膜的糜烂面，疗程8周，观察并比较皮损控制时间、治疗效果及并发症情况。 结果 ①两组患者无新疱疮出现时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗组患者糜烂面基本无渗出时间[（7.03±1.56）d]、糜烂溃疡面基本愈合时间[（15.16±2.13）d]均短于对照组[（10.53±2.75）、（18.67±2.53）d]，差异均有高度统计学意义（P 0.05）。③治疗组出现5例不良反应，对照组出现4例不良反应，治疗后均恢复正常。 结论 氦氖激光确实能对天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮患者的皮肤黏膜糜烂面早期愈合起到很好的作用，副作用较小，临床值得推广。 　　[关键词] 天疱疮；大疱性类天疱疮；氦氖激光 　　[中图分类号] R454.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）03（c）-0068-03 　　Clinical research on He-Ne lasers in the treatment of pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid 　　WANG Lixia GAN Caibin ZHANG Xiaoning DONG Jie 　　Central Hospital of Xinxiang City， Henan Province， Xinxiang 453000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical research on He-Ne lasers in the treatment of pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid.
