PAGE 11 PAGE 4 2012届本科毕业论文（设计） 论文题目：孔壁轮廓素线测量装置 学生姓名： 所在院系： 机电学院 所学专业： 机电技术教育 导师姓名： 完成时间：2012年 5月 19日 摘 要 随着机械行业的发展，对配合的孔要求越来越高。孔壁的轮廓形状直接关系着配合的质量，而孔的轮廓形状比较多，有鞍形，喇叭形，腰鼓形等等。其测量仪器大多数都是利用激光测量仪L-741和L740基础上增加一个垂直光束，它能够检测各种设备或部件的垂直度、平面度、直线度。连续旋转的转激光平面360°扫描时平面精度为0.5角秒（0.002mm/M）,90°扫描的精度为0.25角秒（0.001mm/M）。由于激光测量仪的成本比较高，直接抬高了零件的制造成本。本文介绍的测量原理是建立在直角坐标系下进行测量，通过杠杆百分表测出孔壁相对于孔的理论中心线产生的偏移量，再经过计算公式进行修正得出结果。可以弥补机械模拟测量方法的不足，具有一定的测量精度，结构简单，使用方便，可以满足生产过程的需要，提高生产效率。基于solidworks进行建模仿真。也可通过测量结果粗略计算出孔相对于基准面的垂直度，提高杠杆百分表的应用范围。 关键词：孔壁，素线，测量，辅助装置 Abstract With the development of machinery industry, the hole matching with the increasingly high demand. This paper introduces the measuring principle is based on the Cartesian coordinates measurement, through the lever indicator measuring hole relative to the hole center line offset theory, through the calculation formula of the results. Can compensate for mechanical analog measurement methods, measurement has a certain precision, simple structure, convenient use, can meet the needs of the production process, improve production efficiency. Modeling and simulation based on solidworks. Can also be obtained by measuring the results roughly calculated relative to the datum hole verticality, improve the lever indicator scope of application.
