经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 观察经皮椎间孔入路脊椎内镜技术（PLED）治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的短期效果。方法 随访观察2014年1月～2016年12月在我院行PLED腰椎间盘髓核摘除手术治疗36例患者，采用视觉模拟（VAS）评分法和改良MacNab疗效评定标准评价其手术效果。结果 术后1 d及术后3个月的VAS 评分分别为（2.53±0.56）、（1.33±0.59）分，显著低于术前的（8.62±0.68）分，差异有 统计学意义（P均0.05）。根据改良MacNab疗效评定：优22例，良11例，可1例，差2例。结论 PLED髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症损伤小、出血少、并发症发生率低，短期内效果确切。 　　[关键词]腰椎间盘突出症；椎间孔镜；微创手术；髓核摘除术 　　[中图分类号] R681.53 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0078-04 　　Observation of the clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy for treating lumbar disc herniation 　　WANG Guo-hui PAN Jin YANG Yan MAO Yu-juan Ai Yan-dong HUA De-liang SONG Bin QING Wei-long YANG Ji-fei 　　Department of Orthopedic，the People′s Hospital of Changji City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region，Changji 831100，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical short-term efficacy of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy（PTED） in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 36 patients with single-segment lumbar disc herniation diagnosed were follow-up observation during from 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital treated by percutaneous lumbar intervertebral disc surgery were followed up and observed.The surgical method was evaluated by VAS scoring system and modified MacNab curative effect evaluation standard.Results 1 day and 3 months after the operation，the VAS scores were （2.53±0.56） and （1.33±0.59）scores，which was lower than that of preoperative （8.62±0.68） with significant differences （P0.05）.According to modified MacNab efficacy evaluation results：excellent in 22 cases，good in 11 cases，medium in 1 cases，poor in 2 cases.Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with intervertebral foramen microscopically with excision of nucleus pulposus has the advantages of small injury，less bleeding and lower incidence of complication，the short-term effect is exact. 　　[Key words]Lumbar disc herniation；Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy；Minimally invasive surgery；Nucleus Pulposus discectomy 　　腰椎?g盘突出突出症是骨科
