经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术和前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果对比 　　[摘要]目的 探讨经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术（PKRP）和前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1～12月在我院治疗的100例良性前列腺增生患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各50例。对照组予以TURP治疗，研究组予以PKRP治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间、国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率（Qmax）及并发症发生率。结果 研究组的术中出血量显著少于对照组，手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 PKRP和TURP治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果基本相似，但PKRP治疗对患者损伤较小，恢复速度较快，并发症发生率较低。 　　[关键词]经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术；前列腺电切术；良性前列腺增生 　　[中图分类号] R697+.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（a）-0086-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plasmakinetic resection for prostate （PKRP） and transurethral resection of prostate （TURP） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 100 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TURP，and the study group was treated with PKRP.The intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time，bladder irrigation time，indwelling catheter time，hospitalization time，international prostate symptom score，quality of life score，maximum urinary flow rate （Qmax） and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group，and the operation time，bladder irrigation time，catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of PKRP and TURP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is basically similar，but PKRP treatment is less damage to patients，recovery rate is faster，and the incidence of complications is low. 　　[Key words]Plasma kinetic enucleation for prostate；Transurethral resection of prostate；Benign prostatic hyperplasia 　　良性前列腺增生是常见的一种男性疾病，主要是由于前列腺实质增生肥大引起，患者临床表现为尿频尿痛、排尿不畅等，近年来其发病率
