Printing companies face more competitive, companies need to improve the quality of their products and services as much as possible, to meet customers more and more high quality requirements. This research mainly use of cause and effect diagram and pareto chart, flow chart and other quality management tools, with samples of YC company before printing quality management has carried on the comprehensive analysis. Starting from the related theory of this subject, with the aid of the domestic and foreign related this topic research systematically and analyzed, based on predecessors research, seek for the corresponding breakthrough as the study case, and on this basis, construct the theory structure of this study.
