安徽工业大学 毕业（论文）设计说明书 PAGE 第 PAGE 3 页 共 64 页 摘要 硅钢碱废水主要含有油和铁屑等悬浮物，水呈碱性，常用中和、气浮法结合生物处理的工艺达到除油降COD的目的。马钢采用了二级反应、二级气浮及生物接触氧化法的工艺，此工艺出水水质好，达到国家一级排放标准。而涟钢的工艺采用了二级中和槽、高效澄清池和过滤器，对于含油量大的污水，除油效果并不理想。 本设计中的污水水量200m3/h,含油量3000mg/L，COD=1000 mg/L，SS=400 mg/L，pH=9-13，出水水质要求达到国家一级排放标准。参考马钢的工艺，考虑设计水量较小，采用SBR生物处理，其工艺流程简单，运转灵活，基建费用低；处理效果好，出水水质稳定；具有较好的除磷脱氮效果；污泥沉降性能良好；对水质水量变化的适应性强。 本工艺固定投资包括土建费、设备器材费、安装费、管理费、工程预备费等其他费用，工程总投资达196.6万元；污水处理成本包括动力费、劳力费、药剂费、检修维修费、折旧费等其他费用，综合成本为0.94元/m3。 关键词：碱性废水 SBR反应池 冷却塔 经济性分析 Abstract Alkaline silicon-wastewater containing oil and iron filings and other major suspensions. Water was alkaline. Neutralization and flotation combined with biological treatment process often to used to achieve the purpose of degreasing and COD reduction. Maanshan Iron and Steel Company uses two level reactor, two level flotation and biological contact oxidation process .This process effluent quality better meeting the national emission standards. The process LIANGANG uses two level neutralization tank, high efficiency clarifiers and filters. For the high content of oil-water, degreasing is not ideal. The design rate of the sewage water is 200 m3 / h, oil content of 3000mg / L, COD = 1000 mg / L, SS = 400 mg / L, pH = 9-13, effluent discharge standards required to achieve the national level. The fixed investment process costs include civil engineering costs, equipment and material costs, installation fees, management fees, reserve fund and other project costs. Project total investment of 1.966 million yuan; Sewage treatment costs include power costs, labor costs, pharmacy costs, repair maintenance, depreciation fees and other costs.
