determinationoffattyacidmethylestersbyinternalstandardmethodwithstearicacidmethyl.Theresultsshowedthatthemaincomponentsofbiodieselwasmethylpalmitate,methyloleate,methyllinoleate,methyllinolenateandmethylerueate.thefattyacidmethylestersamountofbiodieselwas99.32%bythemethod3、TheHangjin2#claywasactivatedbysulfuricacidandtheSnO2-Hangjin2#claywasprepared.ThenthesolidacidcatalystofSO42-/SnO2-Hangjin2#claywaspreparedbyimpregnationmethodwithsulfuricacid.TheresultsshowedthattheconcentrationsofSnCl4solutionandH2SO4were0.4mol/L,3.0mol/L,respectively.Thecalcinationtemperaturewas350℃.TheproductsofthecatalystwerecharacterizedandanalyzedthroughBET、FT-IR、XRD、TG-DTAandSEM4、Thesingle-steptechniquewasstudiedonthesynthesisofbiodieselfromXanthocerasSorbifoliabungeseedsinthisthesis.Theoilextractionandesterexchangereactionwasconductedunderwaterbathheatingandmagneticstirringwithpetroleumetherasextractionagent,methanolsynthesisagent,sodiumhydroxideandsolidacidasthecatalyst.Throughsinglefactorexperiments,theinfluencesoftemperatureofextractionandreaction,Petroleumetheramount,methanolamountanddosageofcatalystwasdiscussed.Inordertooptimizeofbiodieselsynthesis,thesingle-steptechniquewasinvestigatedtoaccomplishoilextractionandbiodieselsynthesisfromXanthocerassorbifoliabungeseedsusingcentralcompositedesign.ThepredictivemodelofpolynomialquadraticequationwasestablishedwithDesignExpertsoftware.Inthemodel,temperatureofextractionandreaction,Petroleumetheramount,methanolamountanddosageofcatalystwereindependentvariablesandbiodieselyieldwasresponsevalue.Themodelcouldnotonlypredictthebiodieselsynthesisratiobutalsocalculateoilrecovery.Whenthecatalystwassodiumhydroxid,theresultsshowedthattheoptimaltemperatureofextractionandreactionwas77℃,petroleumetheramountwas6:1(mL/g),methanolandsodiumhydroxidewere12%(mL/g)and0.3%(g/g)ofXanthocerassorbifoliabungeseedamountrespectively.Thebiodieselyieldwas65.58%undertheoptimalcondition.WhenthecatalystwassolidacidofSO42-/SnO2-Hangjin2#clay,theresultsshowedthattheoptimaltempe
