摘要院落住宅是我国最古老的传统居住空间形式之一，长久以来人们利用院落营造符合自身需要的生活环境，院落住宅代表着各个时期的文化、经济、伦理、思想等时代风貌。随着新农村建设、城镇化、旧城改造等现代化城市进程的推进，相关现代化生活方式的引入，以及建筑本身的使用耗损和自然灾害等原因，传统院落住宅及其使用方式不断发生改变，院落形式随之维持、扩展或是消失。本文选取厦门市厦港老城区的院落住宅作为研究对象，希望能够完善相关历史资料，并为当前我国住宅设计实践和发展方向提供一些建议和参考。厦港老城区有着600多年历史，它浓缩了厦门的码头记忆和渔业文化，承载着厚重的闽南地理人文。现今在多次旧城改造之下，厦港片区的大量住宅经历了改造和重建，尤其是代表着传统居住形式的院落住宅，在当前城市高密度发展趋势下数量不断减少。而目前保留较完整的院落住宅中，其留存、演变和更新，反映出在复杂的城市系统中院落居住的适应性和必要性。本研究建立在对厦港片区实地考察的基础上，从集合型、传统民居型、混杂型三种类型的院落住宅入手，通过典型案例的选取和分析，详细追溯各类院落住宅的演变历史过程，探讨和归纳其演变原因和相关影响因素，并在此基础上对其空间形式、使用方式以及空间特质加以解读。最后，本文总结院落住宅的正负面价值，提出传统院落住宅中存在的灵活性和适应性是其核心价值，若能很好地植入现代生活，将会使现代住宅设计更具可持续性。关键词：厦港老城区院落住宅演变IAbstractCourtyardhousingisoneoftheoldesttraditionalformsoflivingspace,ithaslongbeentheuseofthecourtyardtomeettheirownneedsandcreatelivingenvironments,residentialcourtyardsrepresentthespiritofthetimesineachperiodofcultural,economic,ethical,ideological,etc.Withthenewruralconstruction,urbanization,urbanrenewalprocessandotherurbanmodernization,theintroductionofmodernlifestyle-related,andthewearofthebuildingitself,andnaturaldisasters,itconstantlychangedaboutthetraditionalcourtyardhousingandhowtouseit.Withthesechangestheformofcourtyardalsomaintain,expandordisappear.ThisarticleselectscourtyardhousinginoldcityofXiamenPortastheresearchobject,hopingtoimprovetherelevanthistoricaldata,andprovidesomesuggestionsandreferencestothecurrentresidentialdesignpracticeanddevelopmentdirectionofChina.TheoldcityofXiamenPorthas600yearsofhistory,itisconcentratedpiermemoryandfishingculturalofXiamen,carryingheavyTaiwanesegeographicalandcultural.Underthecurrenttransformationoftheoldcity,alargenumberofresidentialbuildingsinXiamenPorthasundergonerenovationandreconstruction,particularlythoserepresentingtraditionalformofresidential,arecontinuingtoreducethenumberunderthehigh-densitydevelopmenttrendsinthecity.Currently,thecourtyardhouseswhichkeepitselfcompletely,theirretention,evolutionandupdating,reflectingtheadaptabilityandnecessityofthecourtyardhousesincomplexcitysystem.Thisstudyisbasedonfieldresear
