Han Lei is old, but he keeps on singing. Yu Gong was old, but he kept on moving the mountains. 3. Introduce the topic: Let’s talk about Yu Gong’s story. II、 Presentation 1. Look and say Present four pictures of Chinese fairy stories and ask following question: “Who’s he?” and “What’s he doing?” “What’s the name of the story?” Read the story titles 3 times. 2. Match and check Match the pictures with the proper names. Remember the names for 1 minute. 3. Challenge your eyes Speak out the names of the stories quickly. 4. Listen and choose Listen to the tape and choose the main idea about the dialogue. 5. Listen and fill in blanks Listen to the tape again and fill in blanks. Try to get a better understanding about the story. 6. Listen and read. Read aloud after the record. Try to remember more information. III、 Practice 1. Discuss “When did the story begin?” “What happened next?” “Where would they put all the earth and stone from the mountains?” 2.
