毕业设计说明书全套图纸加153893706电脑显示器底座注射模具设计及分析Computer monitors worldwide injection mold design and analysis摘要随着生活水平的提高，人们对塑料产品的需求量日益增多，从而使得塑料注射模具变得非常重要。塑料是一种新型工程材料，发展速度迅猛，塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越得到重视，其中注射成型是最常用的塑料零件的成型方法。生活用品的塑料模具占了很大比例，在市场竞争白热化的今天，电器外观零件的设计成为产品质量的重要一环，电脑显示器底座注射模成为目前注射模制造行业最为重视的模具之一。因此，研究电脑显示器底座注射模具的设计制造，具有较高的生产实用价值。本论文结合生产实际，设计开发了电脑显示器底座的注塑模模具。根据电脑显示器底座尺寸设计出零件三维模型和模具的装配模型，通过分型面的设计最终完成模具的各个成型零件。利用Pro/E分析软件Plastic Adviser进行了模具注塑时的流动仿真，根据分析结果确定出浇注点，设计出注塑模的浇注系统。为了检验电脑显示器底座模具成型零件设计的合理性，进行了填充分析和冷却分析，分析结果表明制件可以成型且质量合格。关键词：注塑模具；模具设计制造；电脑显示器底座成型；分析；仿真ABSTRACTWith the improvement of living standards , demand for plastic products is increasing, which makes plastic injection mold becomes very important .Plastic is a new engineering materials, the rapid pace of development , plastic processing and molding process has been more attention , including injection molding is the most common type of plastic parts molding .Accounted for a large proportion of daily use of plastic mold , intense competition in the market today , the electrical design of the exterior parts become an important part of product quality , the computer monitor base injection mold Injection mold manufacturing industry, the most important mold .Therefore, the computer monitor base injection mold design and manufacturing , has a high production of practical value .This paper combines the actual production , injection mold mold design and development of the computer monitor base .According to the computer display base design parts size 3 d model and the mold assembly model,Through the final design type points of the die each molding parts.Using Pro/E analysis software the injection mold Plastic Adviser flow simulation, according to the results of analysis to determine pouring point, design the injection mold pouring system.In order to test the computer monitor base molding parts rationality of the design , carry out the filling and cooling analysis, and analysis sho
