海 南 大 学毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目：枯草芽孢杆菌A178对番茄种子萌发的影响 学 号： 姓 名： 年 级： 2010级 学 院： 环植学院 专 业： 植物保护（农药方向） 指导教师： 完成日期：2014 年 5 月 4 日 枯草芽孢杆菌A178对番茄种子萌发的影响 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 摘 要以芽孢杆菌A178为研究材料，试验各设置了10个处理，将A178发酵母液分别稀释配成：原液、200、40、8、1.6、0.32、0.064、0.0128ml/L不同系列浓度的溶液，用蒸馏水以及LB培养基作为处理。研究了不同浓度的A178发酵液浸种处理对番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明，在一定浓度范围内，适宜浓度的A178发酵液对番茄种子的发芽力有促进作用，可提高发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数。其中以 1.6ml/L浓度的处理效果最好，可以提高种子的活力，促进萌发，并能有效地促进种苗的健壮生长。而在高浓度即大于最佳浓度时，则抑制萌发作用明显，而且不适浓度的 A178发酵液对番茄的胚根有不良影响。因而处理种子时应该摸索出合理的浓度值，才能更好地达到促进种子萌发的效果。关键词：A178；番茄；种子萌发；发芽率 AbstractIn B.subtilis A178 as research material, test each set up 10 treatment, the A178 fermentation liquor were diluted dubbed: dope,200,40,8,1.6,0.32,0.064,0.0128 ml/ L different series of concentration of the solution, LB medium with distilled water as well as treatment.The effects of different concentrations of A178 tomato broth soaking treatment for seed germination. The results show that, in a certain concentration range, the A178 suitable concentration of the fermentation broth of tomato seed germination force can promote, enhance germination potential, germination rate and germination index. Among 1.6ml/L concentration best effect, can improve the vitality of seeds to promote germination, and can effectively promote the robust growth of seedlings. And that at high concentrations greater than the optimal concentration, inhibited germination obvious, but the concentration of A178 discomfort have adverse effects on the fermentation broth of tomato radicle.
