哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 -  PAGE 10 - -  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 47 - 半自动平压模切机的结构设计 摘要 对于现代印刷行业需要设计一种专用设备来对印刷品进行切线、压痕等。不过在进行设计时需要考虑到设备对于纸板的夹紧与停歇等问题。 半自动平压模切机的工艺运动能够分为两类：第一部分属于辅助运动负责纸板输送到相应位置，第二部分则是主运动，将纸板进行切割，达到所需要的形状。针对这两种运动查阅机械设计相关资料，对于不同方案进行比较，选取其中最合适的。并且将辅助运动和主运动的主要工作机构进行了结构设计与总体参数的分析计算。设计完成后，运用AutoCAD等软件来绘制该机构的零件图、装配图以及三维建模。 半自动平压模切机具有可靠的性能与稳定的精度，受到各中小型纸箱厂的青睐，并且在对设备进行故障检测时，可以节省查找和排除故障的时间。但是安全系数较低，并不能确保工作人员的安全。 关键词模切机；纸板；AutoCAD软件 Design of Semi-automatic Die Cutting Machine Abstract In the printing industry, in order to different specifications of the white board, below 4mm thickness corrugated cardboard material removed.
