PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IVBSG2213宽带砂光机的结构设计BSG2213宽带砂光机BSG2213宽带砂光机 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I摘 要 砂光机是利用磨具对各种板类，木制品构件进行砂削加工的设备。砂光机在人造板和家具行业中使用面广，需要量大，品种较多，近年来发展速度较快。砂光机的特点是适应性强，能提高工作的尺寸精度，也能降低工件的表面粗糙度，是木材加工的重要机床之一。BSG2213型单面双砂架为上砂式宽带砂光机，通过电机驱动履带送料，板材先通过辊式砂架进行线性切割定厚，再通过压磨式砂架进行面切割精磨，最终完成各种板材的精度抛光。压磨式砂架由接触辊，压磨器，导向辊和张紧辊组成。张紧辊由气缸支撑有效防止了砂带的松弛和跑偏。为了防止重心过高引起整机振动，设计中将主电机置于下方，并通过皮带传动带动驱动辊旋转，使整机重心下降，有效增强了整机的稳定性。关键词：宽带；砂光机；压磨式砂架；压磨器；辊式砂架 ABSTRACTBelt sander is the equipment utilizing attrition tool to manufacture various of board and woodwork component.The belt sander is widely employed in the wood-based board and furniture trade.The requirement is very large and the variety is more,and the belt sander develop fast in recent years.The sander have the characteristic of good adaptability, so it can improve the size precision of the work,take from the surface roughness of the work piece,and become one of the important lathes of wood working.BSG2213 wide belt sander is the machine which has two sand belt shelves locate on the up part of the sander, feed with track that drived by A.C commutator motor.The board first through rolling grinding shelf cuts thickset,then through the abrading grinding shelf for cutting assemble,finally completes the polishing precisely of many various of board.The abrading grinding shelf is buildup with a contact roller, pressing block, oriented roller and tension roller.The tension roller which support with the cylinder prevent the belt of relaxation and yaw effectively.To avoid too big vibrating from the gravity if it is located high, and the electrical engineer drives the roller with leather belt.
