沈阳理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE I摘 要电磁振动给料机是近几年来得到迅猛发展的一种新型机械，已经广泛应用于冶金，化工，医药食品等各行各业。随着采煤机械化程度的提高，对振动给料机的要求越来越高，因此，研究、设计、制造电磁振动给料机就成为一项十分重要的研究课题。由于现在炼钢行业的急速发展对环境的影响越来越大，这就对给料机械的环保设计提出了迫切的要求。所以这次电磁振动给料机的设计中使用了干熄焦技术来降低污染，同时还对电磁振动给料机的电磁学、动力学参数以及铁芯、衔铁等结构进行设计。确认无误后使用AutoCAD软件绘制电磁振动给料机振动器装配图等。最后，这次设计还对电磁振动给料机的使用和维护进行了讨论和介绍。关键词：电磁；振动给料机；干熄焦；全套图纸加153893706 ABSTRACTElectromagnetic vibration feeder is a new type machine which has been developed promptly in recent many years and applied widely to metallurgy industry, chemical industry, medicine and foodstuff industry, etc. With the increased mechanization of mining, the capacity requirements on the electromagnetic vibration feeder machine are increasing . Therefore, the research, design and manufacture of electromagnetic vibration feeder has became an fully important research subject. Now the rapid development of steel industrys impact on the environment more and more, this is to put forward the urgent request to the environmental protection design of Material delivery machinery. So the design of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is used in CDQ technology to reduce pollution, but also on the electromagnetism electromagnetic vibration feeding machine, the kinetic parameters and the core.
