In recent years, the CWSA investment in science and technology under the leadership of the science and technology innovation system, played an important role to raise the level of canoe project.Canoe is a event that need athletes paddle forward, the factors of the game such as the individual ability of metabolize (such as the phosphoric acid metabolism, glycolysis, aerobic oxidation), the body shape (such as height, weight, and body fat), the body functional status (such as heart rate, heart rate variability), special technical level (such as blade frequency, paddle rhythm, propeller angle), coordinating (such as action sequence, union), each factor of tiny changes are likely to influence the results. Therefore, access, analyze and comprehensive processing these influence factors is very important.This paper uses the methods of literature searching, expert interviewing, observation, experimention, software engineering and mathematical statistics. Beginning from training information of canoe, has demonstrated the acquisition method of the real-time information and the static information, has demonstrated the camera measurement, error analysis, training information integration, and real-time information’s synchronization. On this basis, has constructted the Information Integrate and Analysis Platform of National Canoe Team. Achived the function of real-time information acquisition, quick analysis and digital control.
