The tender control price is not only the effective method to ensure the success of bidding, but also improve the efficiency of bidding.The construction organization must make a quotation correctly and reasonably considering their ability according to the characteristic and requirement of the list of construction quantity.In fact, this also regulate the implementation of bidding mode, thereby ensuring the tender selection of construction units, to shorten the construction period, reduce costs, ensure the quality, to maximize the investment benefits.
